So with interest rates so low I've been able to acquire a small rental property. It's taken awhile to finish it and get it ready but it's now ready to house renters.
I got the idea because one of our submissives needed a place to live. She was totally cool with paying rent because she understood the economics of needing to make mortgage payments but then added that other perversions could be included in the rental agreement. I don't have to tell her suggestions were, do I? Well, she had to move long before we were able to secure the property but since then have been talking with potential future renters.
I'm working a list of rules regarding late fees and so on but I wanted input from you, our readers, on what rules seem reasonable and fair. All rules broken will result in a spanking of course but which rules and what kind of spanking and how severe?
