Had he lived, today January 8th, would have been Elvis' 77th birthday. I can't help but wonder how many times he spanked Priscilla Presley, he was 10 years older than her and from that generation who didn't see spanking your wife as strange or odd.
Like a lot of people from my generation I can remember where I was when I heard "The King" was dead. That was 1977 and he was only 42 years old, 35 years ago.
Well I really have no doubt he was a spanker so here's to Elvis. Happy Birthday.
